Pre-construction utility surveys deliver the subsurface information construction teams need before turning a sod. The work combines private utility locating, GPR scanning, and ASCE 38 subsurface utility engineering deliverables. Where appropriate we coordinate vacuum-truck potholing for Quality Level A confirmation. The output is a marked site, a referenced map and the engineering confidence to commit to a construction sequence.

How to prepare for your visit

1. Document what you're seeing. Photos, dates, sounds, water-bill changes, anything unusual. The more we know in advance, the faster we can locate.
2. Clear access to the suspected area. Move furniture, stored items, and rugs. Non-invasive methods still need clear sightlines.
3. Have system history ready. Recent plumbing work, prior leaks, renovations, age of property, prior insurance claims.
4. Confirm the email for your report. Photo-linked report delivered within 48 hours (often same-day for residential).
